Originally a native of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, Nathaniel has been in the Hampton Roads area since 2010. He graduated from Old Dominion University in 2013, and the Regent University School of Law in 2018. Nathaniel has been with Crowley Liberatore since 2012, when he joined the team as a legal intern. Nathaniel has been with the firm on a full-time basis since 2013, while concurrently obtaining a J.D. from Regent University’s night program, and has since, successfully advanced both his professional and academic careers.

As he’s progressed through various positions with Crowley Liberatore, Nathaniel has enjoyed the opportunity to learn the fundamental tenants of law in an academic setting, while simultaneously working alongside the bankruptcy professionals at the firm to gain invaluable practice experience and expertise. Upon graduating with his J.D., Nathaniel joined Crowley Liberatore as an Associate Attorney. His practice is diverse, but focuses most heavily on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy reorganization, financial restructuring and planning, creditor and secured lender negotiation and resolution, IRS taxpayer representation, and other insolvency related issues. Nathaniel is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Bankruptcy Law section of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court, the federal district courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Eastern District of Virginia
